OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE PAST SIX MONTHS, OR $100 (OR EQUIVALENT IN LOCAL CURRENCY) IF NO PAYMENT WAS MADE.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana , without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any legal action arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Accra, Ghana. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

14. Dispute Resolution

If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of [Insert Arbitration Body, e.g., the Arbitration Foundation of Southern Africa (AFSA)] , unless otherwise required by local law. You waive the right to participate in class actions.
